Local Beef
Half and quarter cow reservations are available for Spring of 2026. This beef is raised to perfection on the grasses and apples grown on the hillsides of Swanson’s Mountain View Orchards. Reserve your spot on the waitlist!
Apple Brandy & Spirits
In response to the continued demand from our customers, we are working toward bringing back its high quality apple brandy and apple spirits. Stay tuned as we obtain our alcohol license and the equipment required to make our first batch!
Apple Cider Doughnuts
We’re working on setting up a brand-new apple cider donut trailer for the fall! We look forward to sharing another delicious way to enjoy our locally grown apples and cider. Stay tuned for updates!

Our ground apple harvester has arrived from Germany, and we’re looking forward to implementing this technology into our orchard routines — another way we’re making sure nothing goes to waste!
Community Cider Pressing
We’re planning to host a Community Cider Press Afternoon at this year’s U-Pick event! This will be a fun, hands-on experience where you can join in the cider-making process. We’ll share more details as we get closer, but it’s shaping up to be a wonderful community event that celebrates our love for fresh cider.
