Zestar*
The apple tastes sweet and tangy, with accents of brown sugar, and is known for its unique flavor.
Ruby Macintosh
The apple is juicy, crisp, and very firm with an even sweet-tart balance.
Snappy Macintosh
The apple has a spicy sweet flavor.
Empire
The apple has a great blend of sweet and tart. The apple is juicy and crisp.
Spartan
Spartan is a deep maroon-colored apple with an excellent refreshing sweet flavor.
Acey Macintosh
The apple is crispy, juicy and sweetly tart.
Snow Sweet*
The apple has a delightful, sweet taste, with a tart balance and rich overtones.
Golden Delicious
The apple is one of two yellow apples in the orchard, and is very sweet to the taste.
Red Delicious
The apple is crispy and very sweet.
September Wonder*
The apple is sweet (hints of honey & citrus flavors), and crispy.
Winter Banana*
The apple is the other yellow colored variety in the orchard, and is tangy, crispy, and juicy.

Fresh Pressed Apple Cider
We press fresh apple cider on site by the gallon or half gallon.
Our cider is all natural with no additives or preservatives.
The cider is UV treated in accordance with FDA regulations.

In response to the continued demand from our customers, Swanson’s is working toward bringing back its high quality apple brandy & apple spirits. Stay tuned as we work toward obtaining our alcohol license, and the equipment required to make our first batch!
